why teach?
I wanted to teach this workshop because I kept meeting talented designers and makers who had incredible products and services—but were struggling to showcase them online. Many of them only had their phones to hand, no fancy cameras or studio setups, and felt completely overwhelmed when it came to creating visuals that matched the quality of their work. They didn’t know where to start—with either design or imagery—and I knew I could help.
After speaking to many small business owners online, I knew I had the tools and knowledge to bridge that gap and empower other creatives to present their business professionally and confidently. This workshop is all about giving makers the confidence to take control of their brand visuals, using just what they already have in their pocket.
