an old favourite

It has been a while since I popped up a real wedding so I thought I would start with an oldie but still a favourite. This was the first time I was at Rockhill house, and even though we had some covid rules to still follow, it was an amazing day with family and friends.

I fell in love with the venue. The historic Rockhill House Estate is a delightful, elegant, family run country manor House, spa and wellness destination set in the Donegal hills overlooking Letterkenny, County Donegal. And it was right up my street when it comes to wedding photography with gorgeous grounds and interiors.

Nadia's postponement email was one of the ones that I can remember standing out, I could have cried for her (and I probably did, it broke my heart!!) Covid was tough for so many that had to cancel and postpone their weddings. I could not have been happier when the date was changed and I finally got to capture this amazing day for Nadia and David.

These two just make me smile, I love their energy and love for each other, they are the cutest couple!

Stunning details throughout the day an da few surprises from David for Nadia. Firstly a handmade swing as a wedding gift, and an Johnston flag flying at the front of Rockhill house as the pulled up into the estate, I hope this flag is flying high at your new home David!
