You pick your nearest and dearest for your bridal party, for so many different reasons. They are family or friends that go back since you were little. It means a lot to have them by your side on your big day. I understand this, so I love to get you all and have some fun together. The more natural the photos are the more you will love them, their personalities coming through in the images will make you smile, giggle or even drop a tear 10 years later.

Same goes for your guests. You might only get the chance to speak to some of your guest for a few minutes that day, but they were asked to come for a reason. It is lovely to capture your guests enjoying the day in a relaxed manor. I don't pull them aside and tell them I am taking their picture because 9 out of the 10 times someone won't like that, unless they ask me to then I am happy to do so. I float around and capture the laughs and craic there was to be had on the wedding day.

Because one day you will look back and sadly some of those people won't be with you anymore. It is nice to see them congratulating you and wishing you the best for your life together.

“There is always one of the bridal party that is a wild card and keeps the day going, with a few too many drinks on the way - I love you guys - you make my job all the more fun!”

And as for the little people, well they steal the show, whether you like it or not!
